My Own Boudoir Session | Candace

I know I preach constantly about how much a boudoir shoot can boost your confidence & it may be hard to believe, but it really does.⁣⁣
A couple months ago I started dating a guy. For awhile things were amazing – he said he had deep feelings for me so I allowed my walls to come down. As his feelings got stronger however, he started pulling away due to his fear of being cheated on again (all his exes cheated). It’s been a week now since I’ve heard from him so it’s safe to say that I’ve been ghosted.⁣⁣

I saw these photos from my own boudoir shoot I did in Baltimore a few weeks ago today & they brought tears to my eyes. Firstly, because I feel gorgeous, like a movie star. Secondly, because it was the reminder I needed that it’s truly HIS LOSS. I am a goddess, a mother flippin,’ sexy hot Victoria’s Secret MODEL. HE missed out.⁣⁣

Part of me wants to send these to him & be like “Your loss, dude.” But the other part says he doesn’t deserve them. My future husband does. And that’s the part that wins.⁣⁣
No more waitin’ by the phone for him to call. Instead, I’m off to find the one who will appreciate all that he’d get on the other end of the phone if he’d just pick up. Funny that we did photos with a phone, I had no idea how relevant that’d be until now. ❤ ❤ ❤⁣⁣
